Our family of five adults stayed at this property for eight days, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. During our stay, there was no proactive communication from the property managers to check how we were finding the place or to ask if we needed assistance. On the day of our departure, I had to reach out to inquire about where to leave the keys—something that could have been communicated earlier.I noticed only two small rolls of toilet paper per bathroom were provided, which was clearly insufficient for five adults over eight days. I raised this concern with the person who handed us the keys, but his response was dismissive, suggesting we could buy more --it wasn’t expensive. This left a poor first impression, as basic supplies like toilet paper should be adequately provided.Additionally, there were no paper towels for the kitchen, and the number of cups provided was insufficient for five people. We also encountered multiple issues with the appliances. The dryer was not working properly, and the property managers were aware upon our arrival that the dishwasher was not functional but failed to address it proactively while we were there. Other issues added to our dissatisfaction. The mattress was overdue for replacement and did not provide comfortable sleep. The moka coffee maker, which we had hoped to use, was not functioning. Overall, the property gave the impression of needing more attention to cleanliness, maintenance.
