«The rental management company that handles the house is very helpful and responsive. We did have a couple things pop up, which I was able to text them and they had a very quick response time. There was an issue with one of the air conditioners - not the rental management company's fault - the drain was clogged due to it being so hot and humid. When I reached out, they responded by sending someone out within 45 minutes. The technicians were very polite, fixed the issue quickly and confirmed ...

«We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help. I am a vrbo host I ...

«Pretty good stay. Excellent location to Dollywood for dropping people off. Just some small improvements could be made to the property that is no fault of owners. Waited and Hour and a half after check in time due to still cleaning. Towels were folded up still wet in bathroom bc breaker blew and dryers wasn’t working….easy fix there. Had to plunge the bathtub bc drain was clogged and backing up. Grass way too tall for comfort but not sure mowers would have had chance to mow better bc of rain. ...

Pigeon Forge

«This property was amazing and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent - close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. The host was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. You can really tell the owners have put a great deal of time and effort into the property. The home was well stocked with everything we needed and felt like staying in a friend's home rather than in a rental property. We were very impressed and will certainly return.»

19. Cozy Cottage -with Hot Tub & Pool in the Heart of Pigeon Forge close to Parkway!

Pigeon Forge

«We stayed a week with our family. The location is great for Pigeon Forge, and the hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The master shower had excellent water pressure. Plenty of towels available in the bathrooms, and generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee K-Cups. Mattresses were comfortable - I believe they were foam. That said, several window blinds were broken, missing, or just in bad shape. The living room main front window only had a blackout shade (all or nothing), and ...
