House Rules:

No smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property - $250 fine

No shoes inside the property.

Quiet hours: Guests are asked to keep noise outdoor to a minimum between the hours of 11 PM and 8 AM.

No unregistered parties or guests allowed.

Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition upon check-out.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

No fireworks permitted unless it’s a holiday that permits it.

***Stay within property lines / do not venture out into neighbours properties***

Hot Tub Rules:

1. Please shower prior to entering hot tub.
2. Maximum of 6 people in hot tub.
3. Please use the cover lift to uncover the hot tub. Please do not pull on the over once folded over.
4. No food or drinks in the hot tub. Do not urinate in the hot tub. Polluted water will result in a cleaning fee ~500$) As well as any lost revenue from its closure
5. No children under 10 yrs old allowed in hot tub without adult supervision.
6. Hot Tub use is not permitted past 11pm
7. Do not unplug hot tub or adjust settings
8. No pets or animals allowed in hot tub
9. Guests may be subject to reimbursement of $100 if the hot tub is closed for any technical or maintenance reasons.
