«It was clean, and the property contacts were polite. The beds are a bit hard but better than nothing lol. The heat wasn’t working but it wasn’t too bad for us - we were given a space heater but I’m too nervous to use those overnight so we just used them while we were awake cause we happened to come during a curiously chilly rainy week. «We were not allowed in to the apartment due to a plumbing issue. A plumber was coming but we were not contacted when the problem was fixed. We found other accommodation so we could get to the show we were in town for. All attempts to reach the host were ignored.
