This comfortable and well-equipped cottage (set in the grounds of the Hilltop Restaurant) offers a great space for four guests and therefore it is ideal for a family break or a couples’ retreat. The accommodation is set out over one level on the ground floor and comprises of lovely open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, 2 double bedrooms (one of which can be made up as two 3' singles if required) and a bathroom. This self-catering accommodation has wonderful views surrounding and the lounge itself looks out across the paddock.


If you’re looking for a rural retreat in the Kent countryside then look no further. 3 Hilltop Cottage is the perfect bolthole for exploring the countryside, nearby attractions (you will need your own transport however), or just to recharge those batteries! You’ll have lots of local footpaths on the doorstep, but if cycling is more your thing, then the pretty country roads are there to explore too.


This cottage is well located by car to various local places of interest including the National Trust’s Knole House and Ightham Mote, Leeds Castle, Eltham Palace (English Heritage), Eynsford's Lavender Farm (Castle Farm), a scenic 8 miles drive away is Sevenoaks town centre with it quaint high street, cafes and restaurants. Rochester with it’s Charles Dickens connections and Bluewater shopping centre are also close by at 10.6 miles. Borough Green and Wrotham railway station is just 3.2 miles in distance providing direct services to central London within 45 mins and the Kent coast


With the Hilltop Restaurant onsite and open for pre-bookings at weekends, you won’t have to look far for a weekend treat!
