«The hotel is located in walking distance from Victoria station which is practical if you’re flying in to Gatwick airport. The halls are narrow, walls are thin and rooms are smallish. However, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and location is both pleasant and central. Overall good value for money. »

«There was a bit of noise in the middle of the night due to loud talk in the hotel's corridor. The hotel room and bathroom were cold when we arrived, and it took some time to warm it up. It would have been nicer if the heaters had been switched on before we arrived so we could feel a little more welcome to the hotel. Otherwise the hotel room was clean and nice as expected. «I couldn’t travel due to the Tube strikes so a couple of days beforehand I asked to move the booking and requested they waived any charge but accepted I would pay the same price even if the cost of the room was less on a new date. I knew there was a risk I’d lose my money but it was worth a conversation. «Personalet på dette hotellet er helt fantastiske. De møter deg med et smil når man kommer. Jeg kom tidlig og fikk sette fra meg bagasjen. De bar den inn på rommet før jeg kom tilbake senere på dagen. Topp service. Rommet var rent og sengen veldig komfortabel. Rommet hadde et lite kjøleskap og mulighet for å lage kaffe og te. Badet var romslig og dusjen hadde godt trykk og god temperatur på vannet. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt med kun noen få skritt fra stajon for underground, overground og ...
