«Nice people but the bed sheets and towels weren’t the best. We also didn’t get the room we paid for. This was because the host was nice and tried to give us the room early after our long flight. However, we weren’t informed of the downgrade or have the option to choose or get a refund for the difference in price. We were just told that they will happily check us in early then gave us a room that we weren’t comfortable at so we left next day.»

The owner took photos of our passports and then completely ignored the matter. When we politely reminded her in the chat, she became openly ...

«Extremely Dirty and Unhygienic Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short and find alternative accommodation due to the unacceptable condition of the apartment. The floor was sticky, the bed and towels were dirty, dirty dishes had been left behind, and the entire place was messy, damp, cold, and smelled absolutely awful. The toilet was covered in mould, the bathroom sink was not working, there was barely any toilet paper, and we found dirt and dead animals throughout the property. It was clear ...
