«Nice hotel in a lovely tropical garden. Peaceful and quiet. The food in the restaurant is tolerable, they even have wine. Fine rooms with balconies overlooking garden, a glimpse of the ocean from the second floor rooms. Helpful staff and a free shuttle service whenever you need to go to town. Nice pool, raised above the garden so there is a slight breeze. Hotel lounge chairs on the beach also. Beach too shallow for swimming, but you can walk along and look at the neighbouring concrete monster ...

«Nice, relatively new hotel, amazing view, and close to the harbour. They advertise that they can help with booking tours.. but they just gave numbers for tour operators, who never got back to me…. Biggest downside, is the promenade infront of the hotel, that seems to be the ‘hangout’ spot for the young locals, singing and partying most nights… even on the top floor, with the doors closed, it was difficult to fall asleep :/ »

«I think this is one of the best hotels on Komodo. The staff are extremely friendly, the location is quiet, and with a scooter you can get to everything quickly. Fantastic sunsets, spacious rooms, and excellent value for money. If someone still finds something to complain about there, they should probably stay at home.»

«I'm not sure how to write a review of tge properly. Basic might do or even primative. Bed made strange noises, but so what, it was huge and very comfortable. Shower and toilet, old with peculiar plumbing but it all worked. Fabulous balcony. Not exactly pristine surroundings and was a bit muddy after rain, non of which killed anybody. Staff were brilliant. Was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived. Would come back like a shot.»

«Great room, service, staff. It's a hidden gems/speakeasy that a bit far away from the city center but you will get the calm and peace staying here. There is no proper street/road going down to the hotel area so you have to walk through a bit of jungle but it's worth it. »

«Staff is excellent. Room was good. Balcony looked onto the port, which is noisy. However, I would definitely stay again. Particularly if you are doing a liveaboard scuba trip, the hotel is right next to the port.»

«The staff are amazing -- everyone was incredibly helpful and professional. The room was good sized and very clean. The hotel grounds are lovely, with a very nice pool, private beach, and gardens. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, and the restaurant serves alcohol in the afternoon and evening. We liked the Jayakarta so much that we stayed there twice. We will happily stay there again on our next visit.»

«We stayed for 3 nights at Zasgo. We used 3-man room. Completely satisfied with their service. Delicious breakfeast, good view from our balcony and from their restaurant. The condition of the hotel is still top since they opened in 2023. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location of Zasgo hotel is perfect. Zasgo mart is just at the basement. The hotel is located in the same building with Labuhan Square (shops, restaurants and game center for kids). We recommend this hotel for your stay in ...

«A very relaxing place away from the center's hustle and bustle, but not remote either. About a 7 minute drive. Villas are spacious and grounds are ample to spread out. Staff is attentive and friendly. »

«Hotel pickup from the airport was half an hour late, but check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and clean, but the pool was closed because of maintenance. The breakfast did not have many things to choose from, mainly bread, egg and jam. The hotel was a little far away from the center, but it had free transport and the area was very quiet. Wifi only in reception area.»
