"We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. The hotel appeared to be very popular and busy, creating a lively atmosphere throughout our stay.
The staff were friendly and did their best to assist guests, despite the large number of visitors. However, some waiting time was unavoidable, especially when using the elevators during busy periods.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. We particularly appreciated that breakfast was served in both the 4th- and 5th-floor restaurants. Having the option to choose the smaller and quieter restaurant on the 4th floor made the experience much more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our room showed signs of wear and tear and could benefit from a refurbishment. The daily housekeeping was also somewhat inconsistent and could be improved.
Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the excellent location, quality breakfast, and helpful staff. With upgraded rooms and better housekeeping, the hotel could offer a significantly better guest experience."
