«Place was nice. No staff around if you needed something. We were good, no issues except the front door had a code to get in and we were texted that the code was last four digits of our phone number. It wasn’t , so took us awhile to get in, especially being there was no staff around to help.Parking was on street or parking lot at a closed restaurant next door. It was fine. «Gave me a little sore throat and mild congestion because of the dust in the atmosphere of my bedroom but overall clean and neat environment. When stepping out of the room the smell of the furniture was be noticed as being a bit antique on the cheaper rooms. But regardless of that, everything was absolutely beautiful thank you! I liked longing on the couch down the stairs even took a nap. Really nice view outside and environment to be in.»

«We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)»

«You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. «The venue is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! We stayed three nights in a two-bedroom suite and I loved the coffee bar and access to the large kitchen and refrigerator. The only downside was the lack of communication during check-in and our stay. There’s no on-site staff, which can be tricky if you don’t have cell service. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks.»
