2. Sweetgrass Inn B&B

«This is a quaint place to stay after a day of exploring the Black Hills. The room was clean and inviting. And with the common room, my friends, who love hot tea in the morning, could drink, sit on the sofa and anticipate the day’s adventures. We were given a discount at dinner at Shipwrecks, which is on the property. The next morning we were able to select from a variety of breakfast foods. The portions of the food were plentiful and we were sad we couldn’t finish the delicious food. Adam, one ...

5. Montague Inn

Celebration Square

«This property has so much potential. It needs a lot of upkeep and updating. The linens are stained and dingy. The bedspreads are in need of replacing or at the least a good washing. The rugs in the bathrooms are old and dirty and I’m sure are not washed or changed between guests. The people running the bnb are not the most friendly. The outside areas did have nice flowers and a nice patio to sit and relax. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this bnb. It was a disappointment.»

15. Spur Hotel

Archer City

«I loved this well-appointed, stylish hotel in Archer City, 30 minutes from Wichita Falls. I stayed one night before the Hotter N Hell 100 recently and can't say enough about the accommodations and service. The hostess was very thoughtful and went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience, providing a place to store my bike overnight and providing a goodie bag with water and snacks the morning of the ride. The room was comfortable, with good quality mattress, towels, and toiletries. I ...
