She was supposed to stay there for just one night to get the hostel experience, but she ended up staying the whole week because of the amazing customer service she received from them. «We arrived around 1am and the security guard welcomed us and helped us with the bags up to the 3rd floor. So nice and helpful. The staff made a lovely light breakfast and were so welcoming. The staff arranged a car for us to return to airport. This is a hostel but they really offered excellent service!»

«We were expecting FAR LESS than we received. Our host was amazing and friendly, quick to check us in and make us feel at home. Great location, clean sheets and bed, and a breakfast included. WiFi connection was easily accesible and we had great company. Walking distance to Bang Chak BTS station.»

«Cazz Hostel is awesome! The owner and staff are so welcoming and helpful. The cats are the cutest. The coffee shop is an added plus with great coffee and nice chill vibes. The private room was small but cozy and sufficient. The shared living room area had beanbags and lounging space and the kitchen was large enough with everything you'd need!
