«My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting.

«We enjoyed our 2 day stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. It shows a little wears and tears but we didn’t mind at all because everything is clean and functioning.
We enjoyed the atmosphere and the decorations of the hotel. It’s beautiful. The hotel backs up to a golf course and it’s quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast is good - scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, make your own waffles farm fresh yogurt and other usual hotel breakfast.

«Room was clean, parking felt safe, staff was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was breakfast, very limited, biscuits were hard and crumbly and waffles tasted sour like the waffle mix machine hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. »

«The room was very clean. Parking was ample and very easy. Our only complaint was the breakfast. I called the hotel and was told there would be eggs, pancakes…. There were no hot foods, just a typical continental breakfast. »

«Step out of franchise and discover a 1910 brick built structure that has all the charm and details of an Abbeville historical treasure. The clean room included a quilt covered bed that was comfortable, and the room included refrigerator and microwave.
The best part was continental breakfast on a lovely veranda. The site is its original center of downtown, so don’t expect gardens…but I was sad to leave the over-stuffed wicker chair and resume my trip home.»
