«The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did.»

«The hotel lobby was clean, however the room we checked into was shabby looking. The sheer curtains were torn & had red stains it, which appeared to look like blood. The air conditioner lid was broken. The furniture couch and chair had stains on it and looked uncleaned. I was not pleased with it. It felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. I asked for another room, and was able to get a different room.»

«Great stay.»
