«A family wedding was planned at Grand View Lodge. Everything was perfect. Lovely room, good food and the chapel was beautiful. The Heritage Room for reception was light due to windows in the ceiling. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it.»

«We loved the paddleboards, kayaks, floating dock, and pontoon. So many fun things to do on the lake. The fishing was good. It was fun to see the turtles too. The deck off our cabin was wonderful to sit on anytime of day, the spaciousness of our cabin was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids all had their own room. The full kitchen made it super easy to make our own meals. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable indoor chairs to sit on, maybe updated beds and bedding, curtains. The ...

«Shady Hollow deserves an easy 5 star rating. My husband and I stayed with our 5 children aged 1-8, and it was perfect. We all enjoyed the beach, beautiful lake view, swimming, paddle boards, fishing, pedal boat and kayaks, which was included in the cost. The lake was shallow enough for our kids to play safely and there were plenty of toys on the beach for them to use and build sand castles.
