«The place is very cute and well decorated. The shower and bathroom was much smaller than expected so I would keep that in mind. We also had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room. The AC also didn’t seem to be working as it was incredibly hot at night. The communication and hospitality was good, just felt the experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped.»

«We had a wonderful stay at Kasa Fenway Boston! The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything Boston has to offer. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped and it felt more like a home than a typical hotel room. We especially appreciated the convenient location near Fenway Park, restaurants, and other attractions. The space was comfortable and relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely ...

«Our first night the TV did not work and we were not able to adjust the temperature in the room because the thermostat displayed the message "low battery". . So the first night was freezing. They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long. The window obviously needs repaired and they attempted to patch the window with a couple pieces of wood. That clearly ...

«Good location for where we wanted to be, attractive area and building, clean, with helpful staff. But the check-in was tricky in the dark and we and other guests had to ask for help. The room was tiny and having our bathroom across a shared hallway wasn’t pleasant or convenient (especially during the night). Needing three separate door codes to move about at all times was a real nuisance. The door code mechanism lit up, bleeped and whirred loudly, waking up your partner if you used the bathroom ...
