«I would never chose to stay at this motel again. Clerk was not helpful nor friendly. There were three of us and since we only had two towels and wash cloths, I asked for the third set. She finally gave us a towel but we never received the third wash cloth.»

«The lobby where breakfast was held was scorching hot all 3 days I was there, the rooms were ok but you could tell that there is no real cleaning going on in this hotel, quite outdated as well, doors to the room looked like outside motel doors with peeling paint and years of wear and tear. Entire place could use a makeover.»

«We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.»

«The floor was sticky and the refrigerator stunk. Staff and lady doing breakfast was very helpful and nice. The air-conditioning was not working properly. I have always stayed here and it was great. Not this time. I think they had all new staff.»

«We got bumped from our room because of workers who stay there frequently….we booked a king size bed and suite and got bumped to two full size beds… They did not seem to care about our concerns»

«We definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and while the breakfast selection was small, everything was fresh and enjoyable. There’s not much nearby in terms of restaurants or attractions, but the location felt safe and was a good spot for a relaxing stay.»

«Location is fantastic and rooms are clean. Front desk staff was friendly but the hotel seems to have an antiquated booking system and they had difficulty in managing changes, key cards stopped working, and in room there were issues with hot water and switches for lamps. Its still great to stay in the heart of downtown, but the hotel is aging.»

«The front receptionist was polite and greeted my group upon entry of the premises. Breakfast was well stocked and the lobby were clean at all times. I enjoy our stays every time.»
