Upon arriving, I was greeted with "Hey..." by a lady wearing sweat pants and a head band reading "Hug Me." Very unprofessional. The shower was dirty with scum and stains and the fiberglass had many open gashes up the walls. I refused to take a shower in there. The phone service was out for the whole hotel, so I could not get help. The TV remote would not turn off the TV. I would have called for help, but there was no phone service so I had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. The light in the stairwell was broken so I fell on the stairs because I could not see the steps. I had to limp down 2 more flights of stairs. The girl at the service desk did not even ask if I was okay or hurt. Also, I had been assured that breakfast was served at 6 am, but it wasn't. It was even written on my room key holder, but that was a lie. I had to leave and go buy breakfast even though I had already booked a room with 6am breakfast. By that time, I didn't even argue. I just wanted to get out of that run-down, broken motel as fast as I could. And I will never book with Comfort Suites anywhere again. This chain does not keep its properties in working order.
