«Lamentablemente no tuve la mejor experiencia.
Me infestaron hormigas, no me cambiaron la habitación, solo fueron a “limpiar” pero me dejaron todas las hormigas muertas ahí. Una falta de respeto completamente.
Le comenté a la host que había un huésped que hacía ruido a las 5 de la mañana y le valió, no me respondió.
La host, se tardaba en responderme.
No volvería. »

«This property is a scam. The full details of what to expect upon arrival and check in are not listed. The room that we selected was dirty. The prior guest left most of their belongings. Very loud, and annoying. Atmosphere very creepy. We did not stay it was to much going on.

«I was in a unit with no AC for two days...... when i asked for a refund for the 2 miserable nights they attempted to manipulate me and say that i did not let them know, which was a lie. I brought it tp their attention several times before they moved me to a new unit. »

«Everything I needed. Super clean and fresh smelling, comfortable bedding. Great location, got to explore a neighborhood instead of staying in a hotel where you are separated from things like bomb roadside pupusas and excellent donuts both within minutes. Alhambra was cool. Juan was cool. Great host. Had a minor issue that could have been major but he was on it immediately. »

«We just love staying in the Garden Casita and fell right at home with our two dogs! In fact, our stay is more like a fun vacation for the dogs than for us! They have a blast running around the yard and playing with the two "host" poodles. The Garden Casita is clean, inviting, and extremely comfortable. Its located right off the freeway and makes access to Pasadena and Los Angeles very easy. Yet, it is also located far enough away from noisy roads to be quiet.»
