«Great place and host! Only slight downfall was the outdoor trash cans were very full and very smelly. Also the yard had not been mowed all year which was just a small inconvenience when playing yard games. But overall a very fun and good experience!»

«Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up).»

«We drove up for a baseball game with family and rather all staying in separate hotel rooms we chose to get a house that could accamodate all of us! This house was the perfect fit for us! They even provided toys for our littles { 4, 2, 1, and infant} We truly loved it! Will definitely be visiting again!»

«I was traveling alone and the studio was exactly what I wanted for my trip. Close to Main Street shops and busses. Check in/out was a breeze. Communication was great. The water pressure in the shower was the BEST! Especially after a hot summer day. The doors can be a little tricky, but I got the hang of it guickly. Loved my stay!»

«Clean home and convenient location. Beds for 10, but living space is a little small for a group this size, e.g. kitchen table only had four chairs. Minimal kitchen untensils/pots/pans, so if you plan on cooking you may want to bring a few things.»

«Dan, our host, thought of absokutely everything we would need home from home. The house is beautifully decorated with THE most confortable beds. This is our go to home whenever we come to Des Moines and I cannot recommend the property more highly»
