«The front desk Lady was not friendly at all. Very dry with my family and I. When I noticed that I just reserved 2rooms for 3night instead of 4nights in this resort, very kindly I asked this lady if is possible to add an extra night for 2 rooms. She replied that I have to call every day to the front desk in for me to find out if anything is available. I think as a courtesy , the front hotel should at least call me to to let me know if it was or wasn't any rooms available.The four night my family ...

«I loved everything about this place very nice. The only thing is when they bring your car up for pick up they need to chill. I felt rushed to get in and get out. As soon as i pull up they run up to the car and open the door. I had to ask one guy to not do that. It's not safe. Relax till i get out the car plz. »

«The stay was relatively good, the bed was a little uncomfortable and we were misled about the “destination fee” and charged for it without using it. Pretty confusing as the staff was not forward about the situation. The pool was a lot smaller than anticipated as well and the hot tub was not hot unfortunately. Overall not a bad stay but not the best either. »
