«Ac went out in my room but they had it fixed in 20 mins but later that night the ac couldn’t keep up but we only stayed one night so we didn’t care and left it for the next person to complain about. They didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches or burritos when we put in our order and I complained about that and the ac issues and the Food manager Mark set us up with a complimentary breakfast buffet for our family. They took care of us and even though we had an ac problem that made up for it.»

«The rooms and baths were good . The lobby, common areas and kitchen area were great. The pool area was very crowded at times due to the fact that the pool was shared with the hotel next-door. The pool itself was great!
I have to say that the luggage cards are absolute garbage. They are three wheel carts . The wheels vibrate so bad that your luggage falls off of the cart! Happened to us twice!»

«Front desk, maintenance and bell staff were excellent. They were prompt and courteous. Very friendly and welcoming check in with front desk and concierge.
Property definitely needs an update. Also common areas like hallways and elevator should be deep cleaned and maintained better.»
