The bed linens were dirty, and the towels had black stains on them. To make things even worse, when I went into the bathroom to take a shower, I found another huge cockroach. OUTRIGGER Kaanapali Beach Resort

8/10 Bra

"Serveringen på strandbaren var ikke det beste, surere serverings damer der."

The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali

8/10 Bra

"The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
