«The property is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and seems happy to be there. We ran out of dog food during our stay and Vanessa at reception brought us some of her own from home. They truly take care of you here! Awesome amenities, especially the adventure center! We loved our horse ride and UTV trip as well as the bike rentals and great hiking right from the property. Truly a peaceful and lovely stay.»

«I was not pleased with the redervation and check in
If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info.»
