«Lot of noises and car beepings during midnight. Need to set some strict neighbor rules»

«We stayed in one of the trailer homes. It was cute but not worth the trouble of using a shared bathroom. Also the heat was not great. The breakfast is just coffee juice yogurt muffin.»

«The staff was so friendly and helpful, but it’s an old place kind of rundown and the breakfast was minimal.»

«A very nice lady checked me in. The outside of the buildings looked a bit old and rough, but the interior was modernly remodeled, and kept much cleaner than many rooms I've been in recently.»

«Beautiful views and the hot springs were lovely. The staff was kind and attentive. The property was showing meaningful signs of wear with torn lounge chairs, weathered furniture, rough towels, and miniature pillows (instead of full sized ones). I would suggest a day pass to the hot springs as a meaningfully better value over spending the night, as it is priced like a 5 star property but delivers a 3 star experience.»

«I love staying in historic hotels.»

«The room was super clean!! And Judy from the Housekeeping staff was amazing, very helpful & so so sweet!! I would stay again at the Parkview Hotel!!!!!!»

«Great location with easy walking to the town’s Main Street shops and perfect base for access to the Grand Mesa. Lack of an elevator may be an issue for some. Only real disappointment was the state of the air conditioning unit. It was very loud, lacked ability to adjust fan level, and obviously in need of a clean filter. We turned off unit and opened the window which worked out fine given the cool Fall air.»

«Cozy cabin with comfortable temperature inside. Includes a microwave and mini fridge. Folding chairs are a little uncomfortable and be aware that the office is closed after 6pm. Not bad for the price.»
