Main Level

The main level welcomes you with a comfortable living room furnished with cozy leather sofas and a decorative fireplace. **Please note: the fireplace is decorative and not functional.**

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats **8 guests**, with additional seating for **3 at the bar**, making it easy to gather for family meals, game nights, or casual conversation.

Also located on the main level are:

**King bedroom** with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere
**Queen bedroom** designed for a restful night's sleep
**Full bathroom** with a tub/shower combination

Upper Level

The spacious master suite provides a private retreat at the top of the home. Enjoy a comfortable **King bed**, a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a **jetted tub and separate walk-in shower**, and a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage.

Lower Level

The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a second living area and a dedicated game room with **foosball and air hockey**-perfect for entertaining the kids or enjoying a little friendly competition.

The lower-level bedroom provides additional sleeping accommodations with a **full-size bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds**, making this space especially convenient for families and groups.

Step outside through the walkout lower level and take in the **beautiful, unobstructed views of Lake Keowee**. It's an ideal spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or watching the sun set over the water.

A **kayak is available for guest use**, providing a wonderful way to explore the quiet coves and enjoy the lake at your own pace.

Outdoor Spaces

The upper deck is a favorite gathering spot, featuring comfortable outdoor seating and a **propane grill** for lakeside-inspired meals enjoyed in the fresh air.

Guests also have access to a **shared community dock with an available boat slip**, making it easy to get out on the water and experience Lake Keowee. Please note that arrangements will need to be made for boat trailer storage.
