To ensure comfort, the two King size bedrooms each feature deluxe pillow top mattresses, a private ensuite, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, high quality linen and block out blinds. One bedroom can be converted to a twin if required.

The open plan kitchen and lounge area features custom made contemporary furniture and high quality fittings. With an outlook over the central private pool, there are both sun lounges and large beanbags for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Positioned with easy walking distance to ‘Eat Street’ & Seminyak Square, high quality restaurants, cruisey cafes, exclusive boutiques, beauty therapists, money changes and a medical center – the position cannot be rivaled.

Guest Access:
This listing is for the entire unit. So you will have the Villa for yourself and enjoy all access to the property!

Interaction with Guests:
We guarantee excellent service all throughout your stay, with an on-call site manager ready to help with anything you need, and a daily cleaning service so you really don’t have to worry about a thing!

The property is within easy walking distance of Seminyak Square, high quality restaurants, hip cafes, exclusive boutiques, beauty shops, and vibrant nightlife. Only 3 minutes walk to Eat Street of Seminyak, located in very strategic area.

Getting Around:
Take a short walk to Eat Street and get around Seminyak area.
If you wish to visit some other area, the best will be rent a scooter, but careful of Bali's busy roads!

Other Things to Note:
- Rate is room only, breakfast is not included.
- Extra person (above 2 years old) will be subject to additional charge, which will be settled upon arrival at the villa (not included in room rate).
- Professional housekeeping is included in the booking rate,
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms, but allowed in the outdoor spaces (any damage caused by smoking will be charged to the guest),
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
- The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music/noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
- Shared parking available (possible for car and scooters).
