Alt i alt var det ok. Lite vedlikehold. Renner vann fra taket i hele første etasje. Første natte begynte arbeideren å jobbe etter kl 23:00 for å fikse hull i døren min. Utrolig uhyggelig at de velger å gjøre noe slikt så seint, nabo rommet klagde.

Fantastisk opphold
Hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på hotellet. Meget gjestfrie og serviceinnstilt personal. Gåavstand til både strand og sentrum (Gratis transport til by og strand hvis man ønsker det). Rommet var stort og flott. Frokosten var fantastisk med mye utvalg. Anbefales på det sterkeste

Hotellet ligger tilbaketrukket fra hovedgaten i en stille gate. Det er kort vei til mange gode restauranter og butikker samt beachcluben Potatohead. God frokost!

Fint hotell, dårlig rom
Ankom 13, fikk beskjed om at rommet ville være klart om 40 min, så vi spiste pizza på taket i mellomtiden. Da vi kom ned igjen kl 15 måtte vi vente 10-15 min før det var klart. Dårlig standard på rommet, «rain-shower» som var veldig skittent og ekkelt var ubrukelig og håndholdt dusjhode kunne ikke festes til veggen. Badet var en glassboks på rommet. Våknet første morgen av en vondt lukt, sov videre pga jetlag og klagde så da vk stod opp. Det var pga oppussing i etg under og den skulle være ferdig om 10 min. Noen timer senere var vi tilbake på rommet og det kom en enda sterkere lukt. Klagde igjen og skulle få nytt rom bare vi pakket bagasjen vår. Da vi kom til rommet igjen var det tåkelagt og det var farlig å puste inn lukten. Fikk et tilsvarende rom borti gangen. Om vi hadde sovet mens dette skjedde kunne det vært livsfarlig! Generelt dårlig kvalitet på rommene, ekstremt lytt da det var en stor glippe mellom veggen og døra inn til rommet, ville anbefalt hotellet å oppgradere rommene, for standarden var dårlig. Frokosten var en stor skuffelse med smakløs mat. Takterrassen hadde derimot en veldig fin utsikt. Området rundt hotellet var dårlig opplyst og med masse løshunder. Føltes ikke trygt. Personellet var veldig hyggelige og vi hadde en god massasje der, men pga opplevelsen vår med hotellet gir vi middels.

Perfekt
Hotellet var veldig nytt, med utrolig hjelpsomt og hyggelig personale. Bassenget på taket var perfekt, med fin solnedgang. Lokalt plassert med nærhet til mange kaféer og restauranter.

Mugg på rommet?!
Bodde på to forskjellige rom og begge luktet det kraftig mugg på. Sengetøyet av det rifter i og det var flekker på møblene. Gulvet var slitt og så ut som det ikke var vasket. Det var antydninger til svartsopp på badet. Vi ble fysisk dårlig av å være på rommet. For uten om at rommet var dårlig, så var frokosten god og beliggenheten bra mtp nærhet til restauranter og butikker

Hotellet har ikk så bra standard som det ser ut på bilderne, air condition er dårlig og der er utrolig fuktigt, hvilket går ut over klær osv! Dusjen fungere ikke ordenlig så man fik ikk dusjet bra! Vaskehjelpen kom kl 16-17 på slutten af dagen og der var det ligesom litt seint! Helt Ok opphold, men ikke et sted jeg kommer igjen dessverre!

Very unpleasant, the room was humid and smelled so bad. Even in the hallways and elevators. They give you just one key card for the room, so you have to take it out while leaving. That leads theme to save electricity, and the room becomes so humid and smelly that it becomes unbearable. There were even "white" tiny little ants of the floor all the time. Worse of all was the unclean bed sheets

The property was beautiful and the staff was awesome.... Went above and beyond. Eka from the blu restaurant and bar was such a a friendly person and a face we enjoyed seeing everyday. The coffee bar was a great morning treat and the breakfast buffet was top notch. The views from the rooftop pool were great and the hotel was within walking distance to many things. The only downfall the resort had was that the room smelled very moldy and mold was on the floor when we woke up in the mornings, the ac and hot outdoor temps mixing did not like each other, with some more weatherproofing of the glass deck door this facility would have been a hidden gem for the price.

Everything was good except i booked a deluxe king specifically listed on expedia, arrived by told its not available that i needed to accept a twin option. After 1st round negotiation, reception aggreed to give us a king room from day 2, i refused that offer. Another round negotiation done, king room became available by waiting additional 1 hour. That was my one and only complaint regarding this property.

Ok stay, better value for money elsewhere?
Overall, a fairly acceptable experience - not worth the price point though... We stayed in a spa suite for 10 nights and the room was large and spacious with a few minor issues. The hotel overall would have been a lot nicer closer to construction however the maintenance is a bit lacking. Although we notified days ahead of our check in time, which was later than the minimum, we were still had to wait an hour for the room. Daily housekeeping struggled to keep up even when we were out all day. Onsite food was average at best however there is loads to pick from close by. If I was to stay here again it would need to be around $75 AUD per night.

Devin sky I am sure was lovely 10 years ago but it is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We were promised a room with a rain head shower as we had booked a whirlpool suite, our room did not have this, the staff didn't understand when I asked to change to a room that did, they eventually showed us other rooms but without the whirlpool. I wouldn't trust any of the photos on their website as they are clearly out of date and the hotel is much more tired than the photos depict. Breakfast was terrible, we ate their once and then went out each morning for breakfast, service is slow and takes a long time to get anything.

Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet was incredible! However, overall the stay was mediocre - sadly the photos are deceiving and we are surprised this is considered to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is quite “tired” looking and is in need of a renovation. It also has a very damp and musty smell throughout common spaces and within the room.

We loved the whirlpool room, only the bathroom could maybe use some renovation. All the staff members are amazing and the roof terrace is a perfect spot for breakfast.

Mediocre stay
Lovely big room with whirlpool on balcony. Well equipped but terrible damp smell that was so strong and coming from AC. There was a candles burner lit when we entered the room and I realised after I blew it out why it was lit, to hide damp smell. Whirl was lovely though in need of maintenance, really worn as was decking area but we used it and it was relaxing. The only other thing that let it down was check out; we had to wait to check out whilst they radioed house keeping to check our room. Not sure what that was about as never encountered that ever but left us feeling like criminals and delayed us ordering Grab to airport. Staff are lovely otherwise and breakfast was good with lovely views.
