Should not call itself a 5 star property. Some staff tried to be helpful, but if AC is barely functioning, bed sheets have stains and the fridge don’t work may as well be camping. I’ve stayed at much better for much less.

The bathroom fixtures were falling apart. No hot water in the faucets. Called the servicing team, and they had to wait 30 minutes by letting water flow to activate the geyser- very disappointing. There were broken tiles, mold in the sink, rusty mirror glass.

Von 5 Sternen - eine Monddistanz weit weg
Das Hotel ist schwer in die Jahre gekommen. Man merkt dass sich keiner verantwortlich fühlt. Mobiliar aus Anfangszeiten. Dusche hat schon lange keiner kontrolliert. Keine Türe dicht. Ja es wurde nur weiterverkauft, Name in PO geändert- that’s it.

Three stars more like.
Large, clean hotel in a good location. On-site food options are absolutely terrible. The Gris restaurant is honestly the worst restaurant I have been to in Semarang by a long shot. The Christmas meal special was simply an absolute mess. All meats served by the barbecue chef were undercooked (chicken pink inside), the beef wellington was cold and soggy, and the buffet selection was truly pathetic. For a five-star hotel, I and my guest expected better.

The hotel is OK but showing its age. The first two days had problems with the hot water. The TV channel lineup is disappointing for a quality hotel. I found that the buffet breakfast was mediocre. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and no complaints there.

Overall the hotel is good. However the carpet looks old, wifi is slow, and the faucet is hard and leaking. Breakfast is various and quite delicious, can find the local food as well here. Same location with shopping mal. The staffs are friendly and give good service.

I never been a hotel with such a bad service!
Check-in time is 2pm, but can only get the room after 5:30pm. They keep asking me to wait, and ruin my whole afternoon. My feet got cut at the swimming pool as the wooden staircase is loosen and cut my feet. I got double charge my restaurant for my breakfast, and wait at the checkout counter for 20 mins for them to fix while I’m rushing to pack and leave. They then forget to count the last night of my stay and need me to settle the different again after settled the master bill! I never been to a hotel with such a bad service!

朝食の種類も多く、立地も良いです。モール直結なのもすごく便利、スマランの街自体が小さいですが、ホテルからだいたいのところは30分位で行けます。
