It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a 12 x 3m swimming pool, ideal for swimming laps or for cooling off in the summer months.



The villa is well maintained and enjoys fabulous views of the countryside, mountains, and nearby village. The outside space is also well-kept and great for entertaining as it includes a covered terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining, a built-in barbecue, a large balcony terrace upstairs with seating and views, and of course a luxurious swimming pool with sunbathing area.
