«I was very disappointed in The ChurchHill. The staff was not helpful, even cutting me off and not even looking up to answer my question of when check out time was. My room was never cleaned and towels Were not replaced on my fifth day, even though the room was available from 9:30 am- 11:30pm. I found the staff quite rude to guests. The hotel has no amenities other than some coffee in the morning. I wish I had stayed at another hotel.»

«The room could’ve been cleaner there was a ring around the toilet. But other than that it was good. We enjoyed the pool area and the gym. The hotel is very big and spacious. The only issue we really had was housekeeping. We stayed on the ninth floor whoever the housekeeper was on the floor of the morning of us leaving was very rude. We’re still sleeping. She doesn’t even knock on the door announcing who she is. She just uses the key and try to enter the door. This was around9:30 AM you can hear ...

«Really nice decor, spacious room and bathroom (we had 2 queen beds), nice amenities like Dyson blow dryer, toothbrush, razors, etc if you forgot anything. Our fridge didn’t work so we had some spoiled food we brought back. Good snacks/wine in minibar.»

«Bodde her 7 netter ifb med familieferie. Veldig ok hotell ift til prisen. Meget bra frokost inkludert, omelett, egg, bacon, juice, fersk frukt etc. Greit basseng for barna. Beliggenhet synes vi var fin, og kort gåavstand til Georgtown, samt at en kan gå til alle store attraksjoner om man vil. Kort vei til transfer til Dulles flyplass med Metroline Silver. Hyggelig betjening og fine rom.»
