The space
Welcome to our brand-new Capitol Hill townhome, a stylish retreat in one of Seattle's most exciting neighborhoods. The location is hard to beat: top-tier restaurants, lively bars, and premium grocery stores (Trader Joe's and Central Co-Op) are all an easy walk away, with bus lines and a light rail station just around the corner to whisk you anywhere in the city. Nearby parks and a buzzing neighborhood vibe round out the experience, putting the very best of Seattle right at your doorstep.

A Street Parking Pass is included, that allows you to park in the neighborhood around the townhome.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Tucked just far enough from the action, the townhome offers a peaceful, restful escape after a day of exploring.

The well-stocked kitchen is a dream for home cooks, featuring high-end appliances and all the essentials for whipping up a memorable meal. Both bedrooms offer comfort and privacy with their own en-suite bathrooms — the master features a plush King-size mattress — and every bed is dressed in premium linens and cozy duvets for the perfect night's sleep.

Modern touches throughout include an in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed internet. But the real showstopper? The rooftop patio, where comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to linger over morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking in panoramic views of the city skyline.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $140. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $140/each.

**Additional Important Details**
• One street parking pass will be made available. Otherwise, there is parking in the neighborhood but guests will be responsible for following city parking rules.
• This home sits in the heart of Capitol Hill, a lively, walkable urban neighborhood where guests should expect the energy—and the realities of city living—that come with a busy area.
• This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.

**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine
