The space
Our charming craftsman home offers a welcoming and comfortable stay with thoughtfully designed spaces for you to enjoy. Here’s what you can expect:

- Primary Bedroom: Relax in the spacious primary bedroom featuring a luxurious queen bed with clean linens for a restful night's sleep.
- Guest Bedroom: The cozy guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens, perfect for additional guests or family members.
- Full Bathroom: The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.
- Living Room: Unwind in the living room, equipped with a TV and Roku for your entertainment needs. The room is designed for relaxation and comfort.
- Washer & dryer available, located in the lower-level utility space, accessible from outside the home. Laundry soap and cleaning supplies are stocked and ready to use.
- Secluded Fenced Backyard: Step outside to the secluded fenced backyard, a true oasis with mature landscaping. The space includes plenty of seating, a dining area, and corn hole, ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying a peaceful evening outdoors.
- Plenty of free street parking available.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard for the duration of their stay. There is a locked off supply closet that will not be accessible.

Want to make the most of your stay? Early check-in and late check-out are available (subject to availability) for a small additional fee, as they require special coordination with our cleaning team. Simply request the upgrade, and we’ll send you a quick link to our Guest Portal where you can secure extra time to relax and enjoy your visit.

**Additional Important Details**
• Trash and recycling are collected Monday mornings. We have a neighbor who will stop by weekly to bring the bins in and out. Heads up if you see them.

Please be mindful of surrounding neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am including weekends. Absolutely no parties allowed. No smoking of any kind. Please clean up after your pets. Breaking any of these rules will result in a $500 fine.

While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
