Other Things to Note:

1- Two-story layout — All bedrooms are upstairs, so stairs are required. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your party has mobility limitations.

2- Heating & cooling — Central thermostat-controlled heat throughout the home. There is no air conditioning, but we provide a fan in each bedroom (Not ceiling fans).

3- Parking — Two designated driveway spots plus street parking on the block. The garage is reserved for owner storage and isn't accessible to guests.

4- Decorative fireplace — The fireplace is for display only and is not operational.

5- No pets — We keep the home pet-free so it stays comfortable for allergy-sensitive guests.

6- Older home character — This is an older Seattle home and carries the faint musty scent common to houses of its age. The ventilation system automatically circulates fresh air hourly to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.

7- No baseboards — The interior does not have baseboard trim
