**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Strict No Smoking & No Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere within 25 feet of the Judkins Park property. This policy is strictly enforced. Any violation will result in immediate termination of your reservation, a $500 fine, and guests will be required to leave without a refund for any unused nights of your stay.
