We also list the full property as an A+B option, which includes both the upstairs and downstairs units together. Guests have private access to the entire downstairs Unit B and the private propane fire pit designated for Unit B.

The upstairs unit is separate and may be occupied by other guests during your stay. There are no shared indoor spaces. Please only access the downstairs unit and outdoor areas designated for Unit B.

The EV charger and parking are shared amenities. Parking and entry details will be sent before check-in.

We give guests privacy during their stay, but we are always available through the Airbnb app if anything comes up or if you need recommendations, help with check-in, or anything around the home.

This is the downstairs unit of a two-unit property. The upstairs unit is separate and may be booked by other guests, so you may occasionally hear normal household noise from above.

The kitchen area includes a stovetop, but does not include an oven. This unit does include an in-unit washer and dryer.

Unit B includes its own private propane fire pit. Please note: the hot tub is not included with this Unit B listing. EV charging and parking are shared amenities and are available first come, first served unless otherwise arranged.
