Each bathroom includes a walk-in shower, with both en-suite and private hallway-access options. Located in Seattle's vibrant Central District near downtown, T-Mobile Park, and the Judkins Park Link Light Rail (Metro) Station, the property offers a warm welcome with in-room WiFi and outdoor furniture. Guests can unwind on the private, fully fenced sundeck or grab a cup of coffee from either kitchenette equipped with dining seating, while enjoying the convenience of free self-parking. A flat-screen TV with streaming services and a working space are available in all rooms. Additional conveniences include express check-in/check-out, keyless entry, central air conditioning and heating, and laundry. Perfect for large groups, families, business travelers, and casual getaways.

* Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms, 3 attached bathrooms (all en-suite, stand showers).
- 3 Queen beds, 2 Single foldable cots, and 1 Twin-size air mattress.
- In each Bedroom: Beddings and linens, flat screen TVs, folding desk and chair, night lamp and stand, room-darkening shades, luggage rack, storage dresser, shelf, hangers, extension cord, trash can, iron, and iron board.
- In each Bathroom: Hair dryer, towel hooks, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tumbler, stand shower, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathroom mat, trash can, toilet brush and plunger, and cleaning supplies.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- No daily, hotel-style room service is provided. The House will only be cleaned after checking out. Optional room service may be arranged upon request for an extra fee. If excessive or deep cleaning is required at some point during or post stay, additional charges will apply.
- For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
- The unit (1,820ft2 or 170m2) currently best serves up to 19 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.
- Each reserved parking spot is spaced to fit a Sedan or Compact. SUV should be fine but probably a bit tight. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Only four (4) on-site parking spots can be reserved for each booking. And One (1) free street parking spot is unreserved but typically available. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
- Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed.
- Guests must climb stairs: Five (5) steps from the ground to the front door. Two (2) steps from the front door to the rooms upstairs. Ten (10) steps from the front door to the rooms downstairs.
- Exterior security cameras present in public areas only (parking lot and front porch).

HOUSE RULES
* ID Verification – Guests must submit a proof of photo ID electronically to check in. Failure to comply with this requirement, or delays in submission, may result in cancellation of the booking. The Property reserves the right to decline any reservation if the submitted information raises security or background concerns.
* Non-smoking property – No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, or marijuana.
* Registered guests only – Only individuals approved by the host may enter the premises.
* Visiting hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (max visit duration: 4 hours).
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
* All ages welcome – Primary bookers must be 21+.
* No parties, events, or pets allowed.
* No commercial photography or filming.
* Noise-free rooms cannot be guaranteed.
* No open flames inside or on the premises.
* Room service is available upon request, not daily.
* Not equipped or compliant with accessibility standards.
* Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive mess caused during their stay. If extra or deep cleaning is required, additional charges will apply.
* Guests must clean up after themselves at all times. Please respect the property and help keep the place nice and neat.
* Basic social and household etiquette is expected.
* Guests and visitors are not considered long-term tenants under any circumstances. All stays are governed as short-term occupancy arrangements, and no rental or tenancy rights are granted or implied.
* Outdoor surveillance cameras monitor public areas (parking lot & porch). No cameras indoors.
* Occasional property access may be required for maintenance, safety checks, or cleaning (with prior notice).
* Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM (unless otherwise arranged).
* Guests who cannot follow these rules may be subject to additional charges or early termination of their stay.
