«Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. »

«Apparently the check in is framed between 3-6pm. Due to traffic we were late 20 minutes and dared to ring the door. Someone answered and without coming down sent us to the units in the back of the house. The attitude was standoffish. . The bathroom smelled from mold which for me is a turn off. It’s too expensive for what they give. And there are too strict with their rules for travelers.»

«This place is very clean and the rooms are large. I enjoyed the walk down to the water, which is close by. Kitchen was well stocked. I, too, felt a railing on the stairs would be helpful. I am new to the Vacasa connection, so that took some learning, but all went well. »
