«Great experience. The property could do with a deep clean. Maybe two or three hours of going right around the house cleaning everything. This is not something visitors could reasonably be expected to do and probably only needs doing a few times a year. There are a number of fairly obvious repairs that need to be made to improve the visitor experience. «We spent one night and wished we could have stayed more. So beautifully presented , spotlessly clean and homely. The beds were super comfortable and lovely linen. Plenty of heating within the home. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Great location too. There was only two of us but this could easily accommodate a family too. We will definitely rebook next time we’re in Dunedin.»
