«The room was clean as it could be. It was in big need for maintenance. Walla were dirty. Tub had repaired spots and the overflow cover was handing by a screw. The light fixtures were old and needed cleaning. Broken furnishings. The kitchen was nice but empty of items. I later found the brochure that said you can ask for kitchen items in the office. The kitchen light switch didn’t work very well… The garbage in the back was overflowing into the parking lot where our room was. No hairdryer. But ...

«The room smelled like urine, the room door was damages. There was a swarm of flies in the room and in the elevator. They refused to give me a refund because I "was in the room for 1hour", according to the time I checked in. I had a lot of things to unload, had to look for the hotel cart and I tried to get a hold of them over the phone but nobody answered and there was nobody in the lobby. 1 hour is reasonable for unloading, documenting the issues and try to communicate. Staff was also rude when ...

«The room was clean, but my stay was not the best. The person staying across the hall allowed her child to run laps up and down the hallway, screaming and banging on doors. The mother was shouting down the hall and threatening her daughter that she would lock her out of the room and slamming the door, saying that she’s going to let someone murder her if she didn’t get in the room. All of this was at 6am. I figured I would get up because sleep was impossible and went down to get breakfast around ...

«This property is under maintenance but the staff is doing everything they can to keep customers happy. The hallway carpet is dated and the rooms need renovations. The hotel is working on it, but it is clean. I like the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Breakfast was optional, but it is cooked to ordered. The cost of the breakfast is worth the price due to food inflation. I did not use the pool, but it appears clean and ready for use.»
