As you venture away from the home to immerse yourself in the greater area, grab a bite to eat at one of many delicious restaurants serving up everything from fresh local fare to international delights, all with a side of gorgeous coastal views. The charming city of Gualala is only a 5-minute drive north, where you can discover even more outdoor activities, shopping, and dining. Outdoor enthusiasts will love that Shell Beach Trailhead is located less than 2 minutes away by foot, offering easy access to scenic coastal adventures.



Inside the home, soaring ceilings sit atop open spaces meticulously curated with chic furnishings and décor, keeping your eyes drawn to the surrounding landscape through wall-to-wall picture windows. Lounge the afternoon away on plush sofa and armchair in the living room, listening to your favorite tunes or streaming a new movie on the smart TV, the wood-burning fireplace creating the perfect ambiance during the cooler months.



The fully equipped kitchen will inspire your inner chef, showcasing stainless steel appliances, smooth marble counters, and warm wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your culinary aspirations. Gather together for sit down meals in the dining room, the bench-style table seating the whole family for meals both large and light.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and tile walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a pedestal sink and glass walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be located in the home upon arrival.

• We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 applies. If you are provided the option please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool, tennis and golf are available on the Sea Ranch Association website, while trails and beaches are open.
