Sculpture Point er et stort hjem med tre soverom, 2. 5 bad samt en peis i stuen. Hovedsoverommet, som ligger ovenpå, har en Cal King-seng. Begge soverommene i underetasjen har king senger. Spisesalen er omgitt av vinduer med utsikt over vakkert hvitt vann. Ta en spasertur på den nærliggende bløffstien og nyt det panoramiske landskapet som er unikt for The Sea Ranch-området. Dette hjemmet har også et romslig kjøkken med nye hvitevarer og en 8-brenner gourmet-komfyr. Eiere har oppgraderinger i hele hjemmet og alle nye møbler for stue og spisestue, et høyteknologisk AV-system og en 65-tommers Smart TV med mange TV-oppgraderte kanaler og sportspakker. Stuevinduene har samme vakker utsikt som spisestuen. Utenfor er et nytt dekk og et helt nytt badestamp for avslapning og glede. På grunn av nærhet til havet, foreslår huseieren at gjestene 12 år og eldre okkuperer dette husutleien. Gratis trådløst internett tilgjengelig. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert i denne leieboligen.

Great Location and Space

Our only complaint is the large window in the primary upstairs bedroom has internal moisture and therefore the wonderful view was blocked.

This house felt so private with lots of spaces to cozy up to this magnificent view. Spaces were ample inside and out for a large family gathering with a well stocked kitchen. Definitly check this house out!

Our stay at Sculpture Point was great, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay this past November was wonderful. Sculpture Point is a very well laid out home; well equipped and I would rent it again. That being said, I wasn't happy about not receiving my deposit back. First time in over 30 years of renting homes in Sea Ranch. Turns out if you accept the offer for insurance for an additional $69.00, you will no longer get your deposit back. I had no idea that one hinged upon the other. If I would have known that by accepting the insurance offer, I would no longer qualify to get my $1,000 deposit back, I would have never accepted this offer. I'm including this information in my review because I don't want anyone else to fall into this trap. When I called the rental office, all they could say was they've been offering this insurance since the 90's and that it was fully explained in the subsequent email they sent me. In any case, there was a big lack in communication and I feel they should do a better job telling the renter verbally as the offer was presented, that I would no longer get my deposit back if I accepted the offer. In spite of this pitfall, I still love Sea Ranch and the Sculpture Point home is one I would go back to.

Well maintained and managed. The galley had the full compliment of tools for a large group.

The kitchen was very nice, functional, with lots of pots and pans and cookware to make cooking enjoyable. Pantry was amazing! We ate in for our meals and watched the waves while eating. Gorgeous. The combination living room/family room was spacious, comfortable, with furniture in very good condition, large TV, and easily seen from other parts of the house. One area that I think could be improved would be windows. The upstairs windows hadn't been washed for a long time, so view of the ocean wasn't possible. Main level windows need screens and lubrication.
