The Space:

Designed for easy coastal living, this comfortable home sleeps 6 across two bedrooms plus a loft office with a full-size Murphy bed, and offers two full bathrooms. The main living area invites you to relax between outings, with space to gather for board games or a quiet read. Step outside to the outdoor seating area and BBQ grill for alfresco meals and sea breezes, then unwind in the private hot tub spa under the stars.



The kitchen is equipped with the basic cookware you’ll want for simple breakfasts and casual dinners. A dedicated workspace in the loft helps you stay on top of things if needed, and an in-home washer and dryer makes longer stays a breeze. When it’s time to explore, you’re moments from the iconic bluff-top path and just a short drive to Sea Ranch Chapel, Gualala shops and restaurants, and more.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. No additional parking beyond what’s described.

• Stairs: This home has stairs.

• WiFi and cell service: Due to Sea Ranch’s rural, coastal setting, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Washer/dryer: Available in the home.

• Kitchen basics: Basic cookware is provided (pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils).

• Community amenities: Sea Ranch has multiple recreation centers with communal pools and tennis courts. Locations and availability vary by center.

• Not pet-friendly: This home does not allow guest pets. The owners occasionally bring their cat during personal stays; a deep clean is completed after, but guests with severe cat allergies may still be sensitive.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
