The Space:

The outdoor deck is one of its biggest draws, where you can savor views of rustling trees, unwind by the firepit and soak in the hot tub overlooking the ocean. A sizzling BBQ makes for idyllic family time, as lush green meadows keep you company at the 8-seater al-fresco dining table.

The living room is bright and airy, teeming with high vaulted ceilings and wooden furnishing. Large picture windows allow ample natural light and offer stunning views of the wilderness. Puffy couches surround a crackling fireplace and smart TV, perfect for a relaxed evening indoors.



Steps from the family room, a private office equipped with high-speed internet connection is ideal for those who need to tap into work remotely.



Show off your culinary skills in the open-plan gourmet kitchen. Modern, roomy, and fitted with shiny wooden countertops, it is equipped with stainless-steel appliances including ovens, a brand-new dishwasher, Sub Zero beverage drawers, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, microwave, and cookware are also provided for guest use.



Enjoy casual drinks in the bar area for 2, while the 8-seater indoor dining table comes with captivating views. Curl up in the TV room upstairs, which features a 4-seater table and sofa sleeper.



The home sleeps 8 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



Bedroom #1, the primary suite, highlights a queen-size bed, seating area, and en-suite bathroom.



Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and patio access.



Bedroom #3 is also fitted with a queen-size bed, with access to the deck with fire pit.



Along with the primary en-suite, an additional 2 full bathrooms are stocked to serve guests. One of the bathrooms upstairs is equipped with a dry sauna that has been recently upgraded to make this this bathroom a true retreat.



THINGS TO NOTE:

-A washer/dryer is available for guest use.

-There is space in the driveway for 2 vehicles.

-Kitchen area fireplace is permanently out of order.

-A large dog run is adjacent to the deck downstairs. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.



Ocean Retreat is tucked on the southern end of The Sea Ranch, on the ocean side of Highway

Guests can enjoy hiking along the nearby Bluff trail, spend an afternoon at Black Point Beach (1.7 miles) and marvel at the quirky architecture of The Sea Ranch Chapel (4.3 miles). The Sea Ranch Lodge (1.7 miles) is famous for its sumptuous dining menu and funky gift shops, offering souvenirs and home goods.



Families will have an unforgettable time at Moonraker Recreation Center (1.6 miles), which boasts outdoor pools and sprawling tennis courts.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
