Three hundred feet from the Pacific bluff trail and an easy walk to Del Mar Recreation Center's pool and saunas, this one-bedroom meadow cottage is built for two — a private hot tub, fireplace, and landscaped garden for evening BBQs, plus books and board games when the fog rolls in.

Walk less than 400 feet to the bluff trail and see the Sea Ranch seals basking on the rocky shelves below. For dining and shopping, take a three mile drive north on Hwy 1 to the friendly coastal town of Gualala. If golf is your game, Sea Ranch Golf Links is less than two miles north as well as Gualala Point Regional Park. Bring your tennis rackets , pickle ball rackets and swimsuits, because you will be conveniently locked within walking distance to the Del Mar Recreation Center, equipped with shared tennis courts, a pool and saunas.



KITCHEN AND GARDEN

Two cooking areas: Counter top double electric burner and a single burner at the five burner BBQ... - Two Micro Waves for heating small and large meals. Seating up to four individuals.



DEL MAR AND GUALALA

Sea Ranch Golf Links and Gualala Point Regional Park are within two miles north; Gualala's markets and restaurants three miles up Highway 1. The cottage kitchenette uses counter burners and a five-burner BBQ — two microwaves handle reheats; seating for four at the garden table.

- 1 Bedroom with King size bed. Note: Fan and vacuum in closet and extra blankets in drawers.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to Mini Me and all its amenities during your stay. The private hot tub is available around the clock.



Driveway parking is available at the property. Detailed check-in instructions, including the door code, will be provided prior to your arrival. As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities. A recreation pass will be provided.



The Neighborhood:

The Sea Ranch cottage is ideally located to the bluff trail, for sunset strolls along the Pacific coastline.The community features miles of bluff-top and coastal trails, tide



pools, recreation centers and The Sea Ranch Lodge with it’s fine dining, lounge and cafe. Groceries, restaurants, hardware store and gas stations are located in Gualala just 10 minutes north on Hwy 1.



Getting Around:

The drive from San Francisco and the bay area is approximately 2.5 hours via Highway 101. Fly into Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airpot (STS) in Santa Rosa, about 1.5 hours east, and rent a car. The highway 1 drive along the coast is spectacular and worth and worth the ride.

Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, tennis/pickle courts. Access passes are provided with your stay—check availability upon arrival as these amenities can be popular during peak times.



Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky—bring a flashlight for evening walks and a jacket for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast.



Visit in spring and meadows explode with wildflowers. April through June is peak bloom season along the Sonoma Coast. The warmest months are June through September. Expect coastal fog most mornings that gives way to sunny afternoons.



Wild life is abundant and the ranch has sheep seasonally for grass abatement.



Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The cottage has WiFi for staying connected. Parking for one vehicle. You may drive to the cottage to unload, but the parking spot is limited. The tenant lives on site in the main house.



You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Stairs to the bedroom.
