«The apartments, which have a lift, are located perfectly in walking distance to most of the city centre's historic attractions. Our apartment on the 4th floor (4A) was spacious, decorated in a modern style with a good shower and contained all you need for a short stay. «Tres bonne accueil, les hotes sont a notre ecoute et la pour nous. Le logement est idealement situe, a 2 pas de tous ce qui permet de ne pas trop se fatiguer pour rejoindre son logement apres une tres bonne journee de marche. Je conseillerai toute fois de prioriser les logements donnant sur cours inrerieure, la route est pas mal passante meme la nuit.»

«Very cute apartment that is 2 levels. Not a lot of items to use in the kitchen if eating in. Good size refrigerator. Apt. Is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Bad smell in stairwell but apartment is fine. Very noisy outside at times. Fabulous location-4 minute walk to Porto cathedral. Riviera Square 7-8 min. Walk. Recommend the Rooftop restaurant in the square. Good place to stay but bring small luggage if possible. »

«The receptionist Beatriz was awesome, the place is well situated for everything. Some sketchy characters were hanging around outside the place sometimes. It’s in full public view so no problem. Early check in is a bit difficult but you can leave luggage at the office 15 min walk away or wait until 4 and use a locker at the train station which is 1 min walk»

«The location was perfect for visiting Porto. We were able to walk to most of the old town sites and even across the river into Gaia. The apartment is on the second floor, so not a lot of stairs. The street was nice and quiet at night. The apartment had all the amenities we needed. After a little confusion with the washing machine, which was sorted out with a quick message to the owner, we were able to wash some clothes. «We enjoyed our stay here. Walked everywhere we went. Down to the river (many steps), to the train station, on a walking tour that ended at the adjacent cathedral. View to bridge and river was beautiful. While the street has a lot of construction going on, once inside it was clean, comfortable, and modern. Do note that the third bedroom is not an enclosed room. Fine for us but maybe not for everyone.»

«The location was good. Lots of good restaurants around. Located on a pedestrian street which made it difficult to find and get to first time. We finally drove up pedestrian street to unload car. Probably shouldn’t have done that. Unit is on 4th floor. 54 steps. Elderly person a challenge. Then when in unit second bedroom with king bed up a very tight twisting stair that is extremely difficult to navigate. More like a ladder. Has child fence/gate at bottom of stairs to keep young children from ...

«Nice unit but no elevator service. Older unit so you will need to be able to do 3-4 flights of stairs. Not good for elderly. »

«This property is situated on the Porto side, but in walking distance to the Gaia side. It is in walking distance to many attractions, and a quick Uber drive. Hostess was amazing. Very quick to respond to inquiries. Unit is spectacular, updated, and clean as a whistle. Beautiful view of Douro River. Windows are sound proof. Rosa is an incredible host and was filled with info for site seeing. She made us feel very comfortable, and we felt like she was an old friend. Would definitely come back ...

«This is a beautifully planned and constructed renovation of a seriously old stone building, in a location that is at once in the heart of the district, steps from many of the sites tourists want to see, yet closed away from that noise and hustle in a quaint stone alley. «Spectacular property in the most ideal location with quick access to the top of the Luis 1st bridge. An Amazingly kind staff who were thoughtful and remarkably helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend as the ideal place to stay on anyone’s upcoming visit to Porto. »

«Very good service and communication with the guys at the CDA. The location is very good next to the Se Cathedral, but I would however consider location more to the west in the city if you are after more restaurants and fine dining. Lots of steep hills and stairs in the area around the apartment. The room was very nice with a perfectly equipped kitchen, very clean and tidy. Also be aware of the cathedral bells from 8 in the morning. »

«Fant "Den hvite døra i veggen" og fikk en nøkkel ved hjelp av en fra "resepsjonen" nede i gata. Hun stengte kl 18. Gammell bygning, men noe ombygget. Rommet var meget enkelt med et knøtt lite og mørkt bad. Grei kjøkkenkrok. Utrivelig gate, men nær en pen plass og gode spisesteder. Offentlig parkering et stykke unna. Hadde booket to netter, men det hodt med en. Altfor dyrt i forhold til standard.»
