«Room was adequate. Clean beds were comfortable. We had to be moved from 1st room as ceiling fan was not working and a/c unit is small and not big enough for whole room. Rafael from maintenance was able to get us moved quickly and painlessly.
2nd room was nice however there was a burrito in the microwave that had been there awhile.
The tub spout was loose and diverter for shower did not work well.
All in all staff was cordial. Pool was clean and laundry facilities were a nice amenity but never ...

«The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location.»
