«Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. «My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. I will definitely look to book this again!»

«We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. »

«We didn't see from the pictures how small the room was - no place to hang anything, 2 kitchen style chairs to sit on, and only one bench to put luggage on. Very cramped feeling. Realizing that there was an attached separate studio was a bit of a surprise upon arriving. If the person staying in the studio was considerate you wouldn't even notice that they were there. However if they are not it could make the stay a bit difficult. The owner and property manager are very attentive and communicate promptly to resolve any issues.»
