«The kitchen was well-stocked and the room was amazing! The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it. «Had to wait 45 minutes with my daughter to check in. Couldn’t get into the building. There was no one at the desk. This is an apartment building not a hotel and they are not equipped to provide the basic minimum communication that even a motel requires.»
