«While the houseboat was clean there are some serious structural issues with the property. I speak as a yatch owner, do speak from experience. Let’s start:1. The boat is taking on water from the port side, this is either saturated pontoon or hull issues as the boat slants to port side! This is not tide nor tie up issue nor weight distribution.2. «This ship was a great trip and stay for us! Me and my 3 grown children came and stayed here celebrating ones birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us and kitchen was great for cooking, patios are great for a lowkey dinner or coffee! There was 1 minor issue and maintenance was on top of it and never caused us a hiccup in our stay or plans! Will tell everyone to stay here and will stay again! »
